November saw the Finals Night of the 2008 Open Competitions and on the night Mike Champion kindly acted as official photographer to record the event for posterity. 
The Main Competition was won by Alastair Booth, he is seen here with the trophy and the gallant losing finalist Tom Brady.
The squash racket in Tom's hands dates from the last time West Ham won the FA Cup - 1980.

The Plate Competition winner was Will Caldwell. Congratulations to him on winning his first Chantry competition. The picture on the right shows Will and losing finalist Paul Delaney.
The vets final was won by John Palombo against Les Argent.
The racketball final winner was Des McConnell who can be seen with losing finalist Graham Dickerson in the photograph below.
